The MED Certified Repair Center Program has been providing technical
support and training in all aspects of wheelchair repair since 1993. Through the years the program has evolved to meet the changes within the industry. For example, power chair electronics have become far more
sophisticated with an ever-increasing variety of input controls to bring independent mobility to people previously excluded from being able to operate a powered wheelchair. The MED Certified Repair Center Program
has evolved, too, to address product evolution to bring up-to-date, practical information to service technicians. MED’s close relationship with prominent manufacturers enables us to bring to you technical information
not available anywhere else.
Besides technical expertise, it is important for today’s service technicians to understand the “people” side of the business. The Certified Repair Center Program responds to this need by offering customer service training as well as specific coursework through MED University.
The market recognition of being a Certified Repair Center identifies your company as a preferred supplier that can be relied on for service excellence, giving your company a most valuable competitive advantage in your marketplace.
